I've loved the game of chess since I was a young boy. My oldest brother taught me how to play when he was in chess club in high school. I got pretty good at the game early on then had quite a long period of not playing due to not having many friends who played. I played off and on when I could find an opponent, then started playing regularly when I discovered Chess.com online. I believe that was around 2004 or so. I hardly miss a day of playing. I love to do the puzzles and mostly play 5-minute blitz games. I'll play a 3-minute blitz every now and then. So, that's my chess history in a nut-shell.
